Fruitful Finish

Backstory:
Fruitful Finish first came together on a cold winter night in Seattle, Washington. The four members, Jake (lead singer), Andy (bassist), Phil (drummer), and Sam (lead guitarist), were all working unrelated jobs and leading very different lives until a chance encounter at a local pub. Their shared love for music, common dissatisfaction with routine jobs, and thirst for adventure prompted them to form a band, mirroring not just their passion but also a collective voice that yearned to be heard.

The name, ‘Fruitful Finish,’ was inspired by an old, worn-out poster Jake had in his childhood bedroom, bearing an inspiring quote his grandfather once told him, “Every hardship led to a fruitful finish.” This became the band’s mantra. They dedicated themselves to creating a unique sound that was a harmonious blend of their individual influences, aiming to make an impact big enough to be considered a ‘fruitful finish.’

Title:
“Melody in the Rain”

Full Song Lyrics:

(Verse 1)
C G Am Em
In the heart of the city, under the pouring rain,
F C G
I found a melody, strumming away our pain.
C G Am Em
Laughter echoed in the alley, as we danced around,
F C G
Shaking off the misery, in the rhythm we found.

(Chorus)
Am Em F C
Oh, the melody in the rain,
G Am Em
Setting us free, breaking the chain,
F C G
Together we stand, in sun or in vain,
Am Em F C
Oh, the melody, the melody in the rain.

(Verse 2)
C G Am Em
Through the heartache and struggle, we played our part,
F C G
Songs of hope and courage, strummed from the heart.
C G Am Em
In the rhythm of the rain, we found our refrain,
F C G
A symphony of life, in joy and in pain.

(Chorus)
