1. Backstory:
Grimy Form is a group of four musicians (Vocalist Elliot “Edge” Knapp, Guitarist Dylan “Dirt” McVey, Bassist Ryan “Rust” Hartman, and Drummer Cooper “Crumble” James) who met in the grungy underbelly of Seattle, Washington. All hailing from different backgrounds, they found unity in their shared passion for creating raw, powerful music that would resonate with the disillusioned youth of the nation. They started out as a garage band, practicing in the cramped space of Edge’s mother’s house. Their first gig was at a local dive bar where they were paid in beer and leftover pizza. However, their sheer passion and unique sound quickly led them to local fame. Grimy Form quickly gained a cult following in the local rock scene and began touring extensively in the Pacific Northwest. Their energetic performances, blunt lyrics, and edgy style captured the hearts of many grunge rock lovers.
2. Music Genre:
Grimy Form specializes in Grunge Rock, with a little mix of Punk and Alternative Rock.
3. Song Title:
“Echoes of Disarray”
4. Full Song Lyrics:
Verse 1:
In the city’s heart, echoes of disarray,
In the street’s art, colors of dismay.
Broken bottles, shattered dreams,
In the backdrop, silent screams.
Chorus:
Echoes of disarray,
Can you hear them fade away?
In the city’s heart, they play,
Echoes of disarray.
Verse 2:
Gritty streets, shadowy nights,
Lost in the city’s neon lights.
Drunk on apathy, high on despair,
Invisible chains, too heavy to bear.
Chorus:
Echoes of disarray,
In our hearts, they stay.
In the city’s heart, they play,
Echoes of disarray.
Bridge:
In the city’s heart, can you hear the sound?
Of broken dreams, on the cold, hard ground.
A symphony of hope, a melody of strife,
This is the soundtrack of our life.
Chorus:
Echoes of disarray,
Can you hear them fade away?
In the city’s heart, they play,
Echoes of disarray.
Outro:
In the city’s heart, echoes of disarray,
In this concrete jungle, we lose our way.
But amidst the chaos, we find our song,
In the echoes of disarray, we belong.
