[C]Every coin we earn, [G]all the bridges we burn
[Am]In the end, we carry a [Em]pocket full of dreams

Chorus: [F] [C] [G]
[F]In this world so cold, [C]where truth’s barely told
[G]All we have are dreams, in our [F]pocket’s fold
[C]Inflation may grip, economies [G]flip
But we’ll [F]never let go, of our [C]dreams in a slip

Verse 2: [C] [G] [Am] [Em]
[C]Counting every dime, [G]barely making the time
[Am]But we won’t let our [Em]spirits crumble
