Guilty Object

Backstory:

The indie rock group “Guilty Object” originated in Cincinnati, Ohio, in 2018. The founding members, lead vocalist and guitarist Eddie Stratton, bassist Adam Pierce, keyboardist and backing vocalist Anna O’Connell, and drummer Sam Reese, all came from different musical backgrounds but found a common ground in their love for classic rock and indie music. Their journey started as a garage band, practicing at weekends and after their daily work shifts, leading to a dynamic blend of raw and honest music infused with their individual personalities.

In 2019, their unique sound was discovered by a talent scout during an open mic night at a local bar. This led them to sign a deal with a well-known music label. Since then, they have showcased their talent on various platforms, gaining a considerable fanbase who describe their music as “hauntingly beautiful” and “refreshingly original”. Despite their sudden rise, the band remains grounded and loyal to their roots, often reminiscing about their early garage band days.

Title: “Cathedral Echoes”

Full Song Lyrics:

[Verse 1: A D E A]
In the halls of yesterday, under cathedral echoes,
We painted our dreams on the blank canvas of time.
Tales woven into the strings, of a worn-out fiddle,
Where the melody lingers, your name still rings.

[Chorus: F#m D A E]
Cathedral echoes, reverberate our whispers,
In every corner where our shadows danced.
The promise of tomorrow is hidden in the echoes,
An anthem for the dreamers, who never took a chance.

[Verse 2: A D E A]
Shadows cast upon the stones, of the old town square,
We carved our initials, beneath the silent moon.
In the heart of the city, lost in cathedral echoes,
Where the rhythm of the past, hums an ancient tune.

[Chorus: F#m D A E]
Cathedral echoes, singing of our secrets,
In the sacred silence, where only our hearts can hear.
The beauty of our passion reflected in the echoes,
A melody of love that forever will be near.
