Harmless Steel

Backstory:

Harmless Steel was formed in a small garage in the heart of Cincinnati, Ohio, in 2005. The band members, comprised of four childhood friends – lead vocalist and guitarist Max Harding, bassist Derek Brookes, drummer Jake Thompson, and keyboardist Sarah Gallagher – bonded over their shared love for 70s and 80s rock and roll. While balancing mundane day jobs, the quartet spent their evenings and weekends honing their musical skills, writing songs and performing at local gigs. Their dedication and raw talent quickly garnered them a loyal fan base and by 2010, they were signed by an independent label, leading to the release of their debut album.

In the years that followed, Harmless Steel evolved their sound, incorporating elements of blues and experimental rock. Their music became synonymous with soulful, relatable lyrics and powerful melodies that resonated with a wide range of audiences. Despite the trials and tribulations that came with the music industry, Harmless Steel remained true to their roots, ensuring that their music always reflected their passion, friendships, and unwavering dedication to their craft.

“Twilight’s Embrace”

Full Song Lyrics:

(Verse 1)
Am Dm G C
In the arms of twilight’s sweet glow,
Am Dm G C
We danced under a million stars,
Am Dm G C
Our shadows merging, hearts in tow,
Am Dm G C
Burning brighter than any fire.

(Chorus)
F G Am Dm
Twilight’s Embrace – our secret place,
F G Am Dm
A love story written across the cosmic space,
F G Am Dm
Under the night’s ethereal lace,
F G C
In Twilight’s Embrace.

(Verse 2)
Am Dm G C
Your laughter echoed, a soft melody,
Am Dm G C
While the moon painted your silhouette,
Am Dm G C
In that moment, we were truly free,
Am Dm G C
A memory, my heart would never forget.

(Repeat Chorus)

(Outro)
Am Dm G C
In the arms of twilight’s embrace,
Am Dm G C
We loved, we lost, we grew,
Am Dm G C
But the stars remember our trace,
Am Dm G C
A testament of a love that was true.
