Hot Pet
The story
Hot Pet was formed in the summer of 2018 when three college friends met at an underground music open mic night in Austin, Texas. Drawing inspiration from the vibrant local scene and their shared love for retro sounds, they decided to create a band that blended nostalgic rock vibes with contemporary energy. Their early days were spent in cramped basements and small bars, refining their sound and building a loyal following with their electrifying live performances.
Within two years, Hot Pet gained attention for their unique blend of catchy melodies and raw, gritty instrumentation, quickly rising through the ranks of the indie rock world. Known for their dynamic stage presence and heartfelt lyrics, the band has crafted a sound that resonates with fans of all ages. Their debut album, "Fever Dreams," released in 2020, cemented their reputation as one of the most promising new acts of the decade.
