Backstory:
Ideal Property was born in the vibrant city of Seattle in 2003. The band consists of siblings, Madeline and Keith Kennedy, and their childhood friend Liam Brighton. They all shared a hearty passion for music and a shared sense of humor, which eventually led them to create the band. They started their journey in the local clubs and bars, playing covers of rock classics and soon began to write their original music, drawing influences from their life experiences, relationships, and the world around them.
Their first big break came in 2008 when their song “Under the City Lights” gained local radio play, leading to a regional tour. Their fan base grew steadily, and by 2012, Ideal Property had earned national recognition. Over the years, they’ve released five albums, each showcasing their evolution in sound and their prowess in storytelling through their music.
