Ideal Sleep found their roots in the heart of the bustling city of New York. The band was formed in 2010 by two college roommates, Max and Jack, who discovered a shared passion for music and storytelling. Their shared apartment quickly turned into a home studio, filled to the brim with musical instruments, recording equipment, and passion. Over time, they added three more members, Rachel on bass, Danny on drums, and Ellie on keyboard, each bringing a unique sound to complement the group’s dynamic. Now, Ideal Sleep is known for their electric performances and unapologetically honest lyrics that resonate with a wide range of audiences.
