Backstory:

Identical Jelly is a group of four best friends who met in middle school in the small town of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Their shared love for music led them to start jamming together in their parents’ garages, producing unique, vibrant sounds that gradually caught the attention of their peers. After winning a local battle of the bands during their senior year of high school, they realized their shared dream of becoming professional musicians. In a nod to their playful childhood days spent making homemade jelly, they decided to name their band Identical Jelly.

Identical Jelly’s music is an eclectic fusion of Indie Rock and Funk.

The band’s favorite fan is a woman named Laura. She’s a single mom of three who stumbled onto their music during a particularly challenging time in her life. Identical Jelly’s music has become her solace and source of inspiration.
