Backstory:

Formed in 2003, Impossible Lettuce is a group of four high school friends from the small town of Sproutsfield, Maine. The band’s name came about when the boys were working their summer job at a local grocery store. One day, after a particularly challenging delivery of overripe lettuce, they decided to form a band – one that would prove to be as resilient and unique as their impossible lettuce. Over the years, they honed their craft in various garage sessions and local gigs, slowly gaining recognition for their distinctive sound and relatable lyrics.

The band members include lead vocalist and guitarist, Max ‘Ripe’ Johnson, bassist, Sam ‘Crunchy’ Davis, drummer, Luke ‘Colorful’ Stevens, and keyboardist, Ben ‘Tossed’ Martinez. Their enduring friendship and shared love for music have been their guiding lights, propelling them to legendary status in their town and beyond.
