Backstory:
Insistent Burden was formed in the early 2000s in the heart of London. The band consists of four members: frontman and lead guitarist, Eddie Drake, bassist Brandon “Bear” Seville, drummer Wesley “Wes” Thomas, and keyboardist Marcia “Mars” Bentley. Each member was drawn to the band due to their shared love of music and their desire to push the boundaries of sound. After years of playing small gigs around the city, they were discovered by a record label executive and went on to produce chart-topping albums and tour the world.
Their music is deeply inspired by personal experiences, struggles, joys, and the world around them. Eddie, the chief songwriter, draws from his own life, creating deeply emotional and powerful lyrics. Each member brings their unique skill set to the table, creating a powerful, cohesive, and unforgettable sound that has resonated with fans all over the world.
