Backstory:

Insistent Help was formed in 2007, when five college roommates discovered that they shared a combined passion for music and social issues. They saw music as a potent platform to raise awareness about various social issues and decided to form a band. The unique name ‘Insistent Help’ was adopted by the band as a reflection of their unwavering intention to help society through their music. Members include lead vocalist and bassist Alex Davis, guitarists Fred Johnson and Susan Miller, drummer Tim Walker, and keyboardist Cassandra Lee.

The band began by performing at local pubs and college events, gradually building a dedicated fan base with their unique blend of music and message. Their breakthrough came when their song ‘Unseen Faces’ caught the attention of a local radio station, propelling them to regional fame. Since then, they have released three full-length albums and continue to use their music to push for social change.
