Instructive Cycle formed in 2010, when four college friends – Ryan, Ben, Molly, and Sam – realized they shared a mutual passion for music. They started jamming together in their free time, creating a unique sound that blended their differing musical tastes. The band’s name, Instructive Cycle, came about when they acknowledged that their songs are like life lessons, presented in a cyclical format, to reflect the ups and downs of life.

Over the years, the band has managed to build a loyal fan base, touring across the country and releasing two studio albums. Known for their soulful lyrics and catchy tunes, Instructive Cycle continues to inspire and entertain fans with their music.
