Jaunty Auditor’s story begins in the bustling city of Chicago, where the four founding members studied together at the prestigious Chicago Music College. Initially, they would often debate about their musical styles, having distinctive tastes from jazz to pop. One day, everything changed when they found common ground in their love for a unique mix of jazz, pop and electronica, leading to the creation of “Jaunty Auditor”. The band – consisting of Oliver Fleming on vocals, Miguel Sanchez on drums, Roxanne Lee on the saxophone, and Noah Green on the keyboard, soon started making waves in the local music scene with their unique sound.
The band’s music was inspired by their life experiences, with their lyrics often being a social commentary on the world around them. This led to them gaining a cult following in the city, quickly becoming a staple at local music festivals and events.
