Joyful Sister is a dynamic band formed in the heart of Brooklyn, New York in the summer of 2013. The band sits at the intersection of friendship and passion for music, formed by two long-time best friends, Jane and Sarah, who decided to take their shared love for music to the next level. They used to sing together in their school choir, and continued their passion for music through college where they honed their songwriting skills. The name “Joyful Sister” reflects their bond, as they consider themselves more like sisters than friends.
