Backstory:
Large Name was formed in the small town of Redwood, California in 2005. The core members, childhood friends Matt Johnson and Jake Russell, share an undying love for music and a dream to make it big. They started playing at local bars, quickly gaining recognition for their heartfelt lyrics and infectious energy. After releasing a demo online that caught the attention of an indie record label, they recruited two more members, Amy Lee on the drums and Sean Thompson on the bass. With the full lineup, Large Name was ready to take over the music world, one song at a time. Despite their growing popularity and success, the band has always stayed true to their roots, maintaining their humble beginnings and strong friendship at the heart of their music.
