Backstory:
Late Receiver started their journey in the small town of Texarkana, Texas. The band members – Dale McAllister (vocals), Paul Givens (guitar), Mark Willis (drums), and Carl Jennings (bass) – were childhood friends who grew up exploring their mutual love for music in their garages and basements. A fateful night at a local talent show, they discovered their synchrony and potential and decided to form Late Receiver. They moved to Austin, chasing their dreams, braving countless gigs in dive bars, and surviving on ramen and passion. After years of perseverance, Late Receiver finally got their break when an indie record label noted their distinctive sound during a festival performance.
