Backstory:
Limited Estate was formed in the basement of a suburban house in Syracuse, New York, in 2013. The band initially comprised of three childhood friends: vocalist and rhythm guitarist Alex Houston, lead guitarist Danny Whitmore, and drummer Sam Richter. The trio was later joined by bassist Lisa Walker, who added a unique dimension to the band’s sound with her rich bass tones. The band’s defining moment came when they won a local Battle of the Bands contest, which provided the impetus to tour regionally and establish a significant fan base.

Their music is a melting pot of diverse influences, from the raw energy of 90s grunge, the soulful melodies of R&B, to the guitar-heavy sound of classic rock. Limited Estate is known for its unique sound characterized by emotionally charged lyrics, intricate guitar riffs, powerful drumming, and memorable bass lines.

Their most devoted fan is a woman named Emily. She claims Limited Estate saved her life, literally and metaphorically. After an accident that left her bedridden, Emily stumbled upon their music online and found solace in their soulful lyrics and raw rock sound.
