Backstory:
Lost Emission was born in the vibrant corners of New York City in 2015, formed by college friends Will Montgomery (lead vocals, guitar), Toby Jarvis (bass), Lydia Rourke (keyboard, backing vocals) and Darren Blake (drums). They found common ground in their love for music and their hunger for creating something unique that would resonate with people. Fusing their different musical backgrounds, they started creating sounds in a small garage, which quickly evolved into small gigs, and ultimately, a following.
Their breakthrough came in early 2018 when their song ‘City Lights’ was featured in a popular indie film, and they’ve since toured extensively across the country. The essence of Lost Emission is their ability to capture the complexities and nuances of everyday life in their lyrics, all while delivering a mix of electrifying beats and soothing harmonies.
