Lumpy Queen was formed in the bustling city of San Francisco in early 2010. The band members, consisting of childhood friends Stacey, a keyboardist, and Mike, a drummer, along with passionate bassist Charlie and charismatic vocalist Jane, met at a local bar during an open mic night. They shared a unique chemistry and a mutual passion for music, which led to the formation of the band. Despite the initial struggle to find their unique sound, they ultimately bonded over their love for funky rhythms and unconventional melody lines, creating music that spoke about their experiences, emotions, and challenges.
