Backstory:
Luxurious Proposal was birthed in the heart of downtown Chicago in the mid 2000s. The band’s four members, Mark ‘Jazz’ Jefferson, Nancy ‘Frost’ Foster, Liam ‘Rhythm’ Reynolds and Carl ‘C-Sharp’ Sharpe met in a small jazz café on a rainy Tuesday night. Each of them had come separately to perform at the café’s open mic night. After realizing they shared a mutual love for sophisticated melodies and intricate harmonies, they decided to form a band. Over time, they refined their sound, creating a unique fusion of jazz and pop music that is both nostalgic and fresh.
