Backstory:
Major Stick is a dynamic trio that began their journey in the heart of Detroit, Michigan. Childhood friends, lead guitarist Bill ‘Major’ Murphy, drummer Steve ‘Stick’ Stinson, and bassist Lenny ‘LB’ Baker started the band in their garage in 2008. They were initially just messing around with their instruments, creating music to escape the humdrum of their 9-5 jobs. Their first gig was at a local bar, where their raw, energetic performance quickly caught the attention of the crowd and the bar manager who offered them a regular slot. A video of their live performance went viral, and the rest, as they say, is history.
