Backstory:
Married Tragedy, a band born from the ashes of broken relationships, was formed in a small garage in Austin, Texas. The band consists of four members; lead vocalist and guitarist Evan, bassist Lisa, drummer Nate, and keyboardist Sarah. The group met at a local pub where they all confessed their shared experiences of heartbreak. They decided to channel their pain into music, thus creating Married Tragedy. Through their music, they express the array of emotions they experienced and the lessons learned, which they hope will resonate with their listeners.
The band’s journey to fame wasn’t smooth. Struggling with personal conflicts and the challenges of the music industry, they nearly fell apart. However, they managed to hold themselves together, and their persistence paid off when their song “An Ode to Lost Love” became a hit on various music platforms.
