Marvelous Imagination

Backstory:
Marvelous Imagination was born out of a shared love for storytelling and music when four childhood friends – Maddie, Vince, Elliott, and Ray – reunited after university in their hometown of Seattle. What started as casual jamming sessions in Maddie’s garage soon evolved into a more serious endeavor, as they discovered a unique synergy that was too potent to ignore. Maddie, with her soulful voice and knack for writing poignant lyrics, complemented Vince’s exceptional guitar work. Elliott, a classically trained pianist, brought a touch of sophistication to their sound, while Ray’s steady drum beats held everything together. As they began performing in local gigs around the city, their fanbase grew exponentially, leading them to take the leap and record their first EP.

“Starlit Shadows”

(Verse 1):
Em G
Walking under starlit shadows,
D A
dreaming of what might have been.
Em G
Your touch, it lingers,
D A
like a ghost, unseen.

C G
In the quiet of the night,
D Em
I whisper your name.
C G
In this solitude, I find,
D Em
our love was never in vain.

(Verse 2):
Em G
I find strength in the silence,
D A
your memory my only beacon.
Em G
In the echoes of our love,
D A
I find the courage to reckon.

(Chorus):
C G
In the quiet of the night,
D Em
I whisper your name.
C G
In this solitude, I find,
D Em
our love was never in vain.

(Outro):
Em G
Under these starlit shadows,
D A
I carry your love within,
Em G
A marvelous imagination,
D A
where our story begins.

Fan Testimonial:
“My name’s Lily, and I’m probably the biggest Marvelous Imagination fan you’ll ever meet. I love them because their music is raw and real. It’s like they’ve taken fragments of my own experiences, thoughts, and emotions, and woven them into words and melodies. Each song is a journey, a story that speaks directly to the soul. And the best part? They’re just as genuine off-stage as they are on. During a meet-and-greet, they were so down-to-earth and appreciative of their fans—I’ve been a die-hard fan ever since.”
