Backstory:
Melodic District is an indie pop-rock band hailing from the heart of New York’s lively music scene. The band was formed in 2015 when lead vocalist and guitarist, Sam Harper, met drummer, Daniel Preston, at a music open-mic night and decided to merge their individual talents. Over the years, they added Kyle Mason on bass and Lisa Sinclair on keyboards, completing the quartet. Their journey has been a rollercoaster of hard work, camaraderie, and a relentless pursuit of their passion: creating music that resonates with their listeners on a deeper level.

The band’s favorite fan is Emily Johnson. Emily has been following Melodic District since their very first gig, their music has been a constant in her life. She says, “Melodic District’s music has a way of making me feel understood, even in my darkest times. Their songs aren’t just melodies and beats to me, they’re the soundtrack to my life.
