Backstory:
Metallic Boot was formed in the gritty streets of Detroit, Michigan in 2004. The bandmates, all childhood friends from blue-collar families, shared a mutual love for heavy music and intricate melodies. They started out playing in each other’s basements, slowly refining their sound and gaining confidence. The band’s name, Metallic Boot, was inspired by their city’s industrial roots and the strength of its hard-working people.
Gradually, Metallic Boot started playing in local bars and clubs, and their unique blend of heavy metal and blues won them a dedicated following. Their breakthrough came in 2009 when they were discovered by a record executive during a gig at a local pub. The band’s raw energy and powerful performance left a lasting impression, leading to a record deal and their first studio album.

Title:
“Steel and Thunder”
Full Song Lyrics:
(Verse 1)
Am G E7 Am
Steel and thunder, echoing nights,
Am G E7 Am
In darkness we found our brightest lights.
Am G E7 Am
Grit in our eyes, fire in our souls,
Am G E7 Am
We built our dreams in rock n’ roll.
(Chorus)
F G E7 Am
In Metallic Boot we trust,
F G E7 Am
Through the rust and the dust.
F G E7 Am
We rise above, we don’t fall,
F G E7 Am
With a metallic boot, we stand tall.
(Verse 2)
Am G E7 Am
Through the screams, beyond the crowd,
Am G E7 Am
Our music echoes, wild and loud.
Am G E7 Am
On this journey, through storm and strife,
Am G E7 Am
The metallic boot, it guides our life.
(Chorus)
F G E7 Am
In Metallic Boot we trust,
F G E7 Am
Through the rust and the dust.
F G E7 Am
We rise above, we don’t fall,
F G E7 Am
With a metallic boot, we stand tall.
