Backstory:

Mixed Pace was formed in the heart of Seattle in 2013, when four college friends decided to bring together their differing musical influences and create something fresh. The band members – Jason, a rock enthusiast; Evan, the jazz lover; Steve, a fan of folk; and drummer Alex, who had a passion for blues – decided to create a fusion band that would mix all their favorite genres together. They started off playing in local bars and small festivals, gaining a following because of their unique sound and the dynamic between the four. Their big break came in 2016 when they were discovered by a talent scout at the local coffee shop where they frequently performed.
