Backstory:
A band that was born out of the fusion of individual creative fires, ‘Multicolored Refusal’ is an ensemble that became reality in the heart of Brooklyn, New York. Each member had been a part of various garage bands, playing in underground scenes, till fate brought them together in 2015. Inspired by a shared love for music, feelings of social rebellion, and a desire to add vibrant colors to the monochromatic world of convention, they christened their band ‘Multicolored Refusal’.

After years of struggle, their breakthrough came in 2019 when they were discovered by a significant record label during an underground gig. Their unique blend of music and storytelling immediately caught attention. The band’s ethos is a refusal to adhere to the norms and to paint the world in their vibrant hues; hence, their name.
