Backstory:
Naive Poison was formed in 2007 in a small garage in the suburbs of New Jersey by vocalist/bassist Charlie Jensen and guitarist Jacob Anderson. The childhood friends shared a common passion for music and a dream of making it big in the industry. They soon added drummer Sarah Collins to the group, who brought a powerful, dynamic rhythm to their music. They started playing local gigs, where their unique sound caught the attention of a talent scout who helped them sign their first record deal.
Over the years, Naive Poison has become known for their introspective lyrics, powerful guitar riffs, and captivating live performances. Their music serves as a mirror to the society, echoing themes of love, loss, rebellion, and self-discovery. Despite the fame and challenges that came their way, Naive Poison remained true to their roots, ensuring their music always resonates with their fan base.

“Shadows and Echoes”
Full Song Lyrics:
(Verse 1)
Em Am
Under the moonlight, in the dead of the night,
C D
Walking on shadows and echoes alike.
Em Am
Lost in the city, chasing a dream,
C D
In search of a love that’s more than it seems.
(Chorus)
G D
We are the children of the wild and free,
Em C
Born of the fire, lost in the sea.
G D
Living on the edge, chasing the sun,
Em C
In the world of shadows, we are one.
(Verse 2)
Em Am
Dancing on rooftops, under the stars,
C D
Dreaming of freedom, bearing our scars.
Em Am
In the silence, we find our voice,
C D
In the world of noise, we made our choice.
(Chorus)
G D
We are the children of the wild and free,
Em C
Born of the fire, lost in the sea.
G D
Living on the edge, chasing the sun,
Em C
In the world of shadows, we are one.
