Backstory: Nautical Application is a band that originated from a seaside town in northern California in 2015. The four members, Jack, Sam, Lucas, and Jen, were childhood friends who shared a deep love for the beach, sailing, and above all, music. They spent their summers sailing, surfing, and creating music inspired by their experiences. As years went by, they decided to put their shared passion into a musical project that would allow them to express their bond with the sea and its tales. They named their band ‘Nautical Application’, reflecting their maritime roots and the way they applied their experiences to their music.
