Backstory:

Orange Love formed in the eclectic city of Austin, Texas in 2015, when three college friends decided to channel their love for music into a band. The members – lead vocalist and keyboardist, Ryan Brooks, guitarist, Jessie King, and drummer, Lisa Martinez – drew inspiration from the vibrant city around them, from its colorful graffiti art to its lively music scene. They named their band ‘Orange Love’, a tribute to the warm, vibrant color that represents creativity and passion, and the love they had for their music.

Their journey to fame was not straightforward. Jessie worked as an auto mechanic, Lisa was a barista, and Ryan worked in a bookstore while they played gigs at local bars and cafes in their spare time. Their breakthrough came in 2017 when a talent scout heard them perform at a local music festival and offered a record deal. The rest, as they say, is history.
