Backstory:

Originating from the heart of Savannah, Georgia, Outlying Clue is a band that effortlessly blends their southern roots with a modern twist. Formed in 2013 by lead vocalist and guitarist, Derek Williams, bassist, Mark Hudson, and drummer, Hank Thompson, the band started out playing local gigs in their small town. Their unique sound, combined with their authentic storytelling through their music, quickly captivated the locals and soon, their fame began to spread. After years of performing and honing their craft, Outlying Clue finally broke into the music scene with their debut album, gaining recognition for their unique take on rock.

Our favorite fan has to be Alice Greene. She’s been with us since our very first local gig, always stood in the front row, rain or shine. Alice says, “Outlying Clue is my favorite band because they’re not just musicians, they’re storytellers. Their music resonates with me on a deep level. The raw emotion in their songs, especially ‘One Last Call’, hits home.
