Outrageous Wheel

Backstory:
Outrageous Wheel was born out of the ashes of several Toronto indie rock bands, in the frosty winter of 2012. Founding members, Jack Donnelly and Benji Lambert, who were former schoolmates, began to jam in Jack’s basement. They invested their time and resources into creating music full of emotion, passion, and grit. The duo later expanded into a four-piece band with the addition of drummer, Tom Richardson, and guitarist, Harrison ‘Harry’ Wilson. Their music has always been a reflection of their personal experiences, struggles, and the things that are closest to their hearts, managing to capture a raw, unfiltered essence that sets them apart from their contemporaries.

Song Title:
“Spinning Shadows”

Full Song Lyrics:
(Verse 1)
Gm D#
Beneath the spinning shadows, in the corner of my room,
F Gm
I found the peace, my heart’s been craving soon,
Gm D#
In the words, you once whispered in my ear,
F Gm
Echoes of a love that’s no longer here.

(Chorus)
D# Cm
Oh, Spinning Shadows, take me back in time,
Gm A#
To a place where your heartbeat still matched mine,
D# Cm
Under the glow of a thousand city lights,
Gm A#
Our love danced in the spinning shadows of the night.

(Verse 2)
Gm D#
In the silence, I hear the ticking of the clock,
F Gm
Reminding me of the moments we’ve lost,
Gm D#
I find solace, in the quiet of the dark,
F Gm
Where the spinning shadows ignite a spark.

(Chorus)
D# Cm
Oh, Spinning Shadows, bring her back to me,
Gm A#
In the folds of darkness, where we used to be,
D# Cm
The echoes of laughter, the whisper of sighs,
Gm A#
Lost in the spinning shadows of goodbye.
