Full Song Lyrics:

(Verse 1)
[Am] Once upon a [G] time, in a [F] world of black and [C] white
[Am] We painted our [G] dreams, in the [F] dark of the [C] night
[Am] Holding our [G] breath, as we [F] dove into the [C] fray
[Am] Lost in the [G] crowd, but we [F] found our own [C] way

(Chorus)
[Dm] Chasing echoes [Am] in the dark
[G] Trying to mend a [C] broken heart
[F] Running in circles, [C] lost in the park
[Dm] Chasing echoes, [Am] leaving our mark

(Verse 2)
[Am] Shadows on the [G] wall, as the [F] sun began to [C] fade
[Am] We carved out our [G] dreams, with a [F] rusty old [C] blade
[Am] Muted whispers, [G] on a [F] long forgotten [C] shore
[Am] We were [G] kings and queens, [F] now we’re [C] begging for more

(Chorus)
[Dm] Chasing echoes [Am] in the dark
[G] Trying to mend a [C] broken heart
[F] Running in circles, [C] lost in the park
[Dm] Chasing echoes, [Am] leaving our mark
