Backstory:

Powerful Ambition is an eclectic mix of four individuals hailing from diverse backgrounds. They met while attending the same university in San Francisco, California. The band was formed in 2010 when lead vocalist and guitarist, Samuel Smith, connected with drummer, Emily Mitchell, through a mutual love for creating a unique blend of music. Later, they were joined by bassist, Peter Wilson, and keyboardist, Jessica Brown. Fueled by their shared passion for music and songwriting, they started out playing in small local venues and gradually gained recognition for their distinctive sound.

The band’s career ascended to the next level when they won the highly competitive Battle of the Bands in Los Angeles. This victory paved the way for their first record deal and a chance to share their unique music with a global audience. Despite their growing fame, Powerful Ambition remains true to their values, using their music as a platform to discuss prevalent social issues and motivate their listeners to strive for their dreams.
