Backstory:
Quarrelsome Complex was formed in the bustling heart of New York City in 2012. The band, comprising of lead vocalist and guitarist Josh ‘Squint’ Roberts, keyboardist Heather ‘Keys’ Donovan, bassist Eddie ‘Thump’ Hernandez, and drummer Mike ‘Crash’ Evans, was a diverse mix of musically inclined misfits who crossed paths while each searching for their own unique sound. They quickly discovered a shared passion for raw, emotive storytelling and a desire to push boundaries, leading to the creation of Quarrelsome Complex. The band’s journey was initially fraught with struggle, as their out-of-the-box sound was often misunderstood. However, their persistence eventually paid off when their experimental sound caught the attention of an indie label, propelling Quarrelsome Complex into a whirlwind of touring, recording, and unending creativity.
