Backstory:
Querulous Holder came together in the bustling city of Seattle, Washington in 2012, formed by high school friends, lead vocalist Aidan McLaughlin and guitarist Noah Rogers. They had spent countless hours jamming in their parents’ garages, playing cover songs until they decided it was time to create their own music. They recruited drummer Miles Riley and bassist Liam Scott, who brought a unique edge to their sound with their jazz and punk influences respectively. The band struggled with various challenges, from balancing school and music to disagreements over their artistic direction but their shared passion for music kept them going. The band’s name, Querulous Holder, was inspired by their struggle to find their unique voice in the chaotic world of music.
