Backstory:
Red Unit was formed in the small town of Lynchburg, Virginia, by long-time friends Jake Connor (lead vocals, guitar), Charlie Abbott (bass), and Leo Davis (drums). The three men, having grown up together, started their musical journey as a garage band playing at small gigs in their local community. After years of hard work and determination, they were discovered by a record producer at one of their performances at a local pub and were offered a record deal. Since then, they have been creating waves in the music industry with their unique sound and spellbinding performances.
Still, they have always stayed true to their roots – their lyrics often reflecting their experiences growing up in their hometown. Their intense loyalty to each other and their music has won them a dedicated fan base that continues to grow with every new single they release.
