Backstory:

Rigid Right was born out of the quaint city of Akron, Ohio in 2013. The band members, led by charismatic frontman, Andy Thompson, were high school friends who discovered their shared love for music in an old, rundown garage. What started as a group of young lads jamming to create a symphony of noise soon turned into a promising musical act. The band derived its name from their shared belief in staying true to one’s artistic integrity, standing firm in their musical tastes, and carving their unique path.

Their journey began by playing gigs in local bars and pubs until their music caught the attention of a renowned producer at a local music festival. Impressed by their distinctive sound and raw talent, the producer offered them a recording contract, helping Rigid Right break into the mainstream music scene.
