Born in the gritty, bustling streets of New York City, ‘Ripe Hot’ is a band that captures its city’s raw energy and diverse culture. The band was formed in late 2013 by childhood friends, frontman Jamie Roach and drummer Leo Parker. They began their career playing for a small audience in neighborhood cafes and pubs, their searing passion for music resonating with every beat and strum. Soon, they added bassist Sarah Williams and keyboardist Tommy Lee to their band, transforming ‘Ripe Hot’ into a powerhouse of soulful rock tunes and heartfelt lyrics.
