Backstory:
Runny Provision, an eccentric yet captivating band, was birthed in the eclectic heart of New Orleans in 2000. The founding members, drummer Joshua “Jazz” Johnson, bassist Lenny “Low-note” Stevens, keyboardist Sarah “Synth” Summers, and lead vocalist and guitarist, Carter “Crooner” Collins, all met at a local jazz bar and connected over their shared love for music, gumbo, and the hypnotic magic of their city. They quickly discovered that their unique musical backgrounds and influences could merge into something extraordinary and, thus, Runny Provision was formed.
In their early years, they performed on the bustling Bourbon Street and the quaint Frenchmen Street, drawing in crowds with their infectious energy and distinct sound. As their popularity grew, they began touring throughout the United States, leaving an indelible mark on the music scene. Despite their success, they never forgot their roots and continued to infuse the flavor of New Orleans into their music.
