Backstory:
Silly Round is a band that was formed in the heart of Dublin, Ireland, back in 2018. The band members, Shane, Sean, and Colin, met in a quaint little pub on a open mic night and discovered a shared love for a unique mix of country and folk music. After that night, they began to jam together regularly, playing at local pubs and events, slowly gaining a following in their local community. In 2020, they decided to officially form a band and named it ‘Silly Round’, as a nod to their humorous and laid-back nature. Although they take their music seriously, they never forget to have a good laugh and keep the atmosphere light and fun.

“Mischief in the Moonlight”

Full Song Lyrics:

[Intro]
C G Am F

[Verse]
C
Underneath the soft moonlight,
G
Caught in the mist of the night.

Three merry boys strumming guitars,
F
Underneath the twinkling stars.

Oh, it’s a mischief in the moonlight!

Silly Round, we sing our songs,
F
In this world where we belong.

C
Laughter echoes in the wind,
G
In the hearts of our dear kin.

With our tales of joy and sorrow,
F
We create a better tomorrow.

Oh, it’s a mischief in the moonlight!
G
With tunes that set the night alight.
Am
Silly Round, we play our chords,
F
In this life, we’re never bored!

Favorite Fan:
Our favorite fan is a jolly old lad named Patrick. He’s been coming to our local gigs since our early days in the pub and says this about us: “I’ve been following Silly Round since they were just lads with a guitar and a dream. I love their music because it reminds me of the good old days when life was simpler. Their songs bring so much joy to everyone around them, making everyone feel like they’re part of a big, happy family. There’s something about their music that just makes you want to sing along, tap your feet, and enjoy the little moments in life.”
