Backstory:
Slow Expert is a band that was born out of the chaos of New York’s bustling underground music scene in 2010. Four friends – Marty, the charismatic lead vocalist and guitarist; Teddy, the introspective keyboardist; Sarah, the effervescent bassist, and Eli, the rhythmically gifted drummer – found a common desire to create music that was both meaningful and soul-stirring. Over time, this eclectic group found their unique sound, experimenting, refining, and finally becoming the Slow Expert we know today. Their journey was not without its struggle – a battle with the relentless pursuit of perfection, strained relationships, and financial instability. But, against all odds, they stayed true to their passion and persevered, making a name for themselves in the indie music scene.
