Backstory:
Solid Satisfaction formed in the heart of New York City in the early 2000s. The four members – vocalist Danny “Dapper” Davis, lead guitarist Jamie “Jazz” Jones, bassist Benny “Bass” Baxter, and drummer Ricky “Rock” Rodriguez – met while working at the same record store, each bringing their unique musical backgrounds and influences to the table. Finding common ground in their love for classic rock and roll, they started jamming in their spare time, and soon enough, Solid Satisfaction was born. Despite their humble beginnings, their solid sound and charismatic performances quickly garnered attention in the local music scene, and within a short span of time, they found themselves playing at some of the most iconic venues in New York.

(Verse 1)
[C] Out in the streets, under the neon [G] lights,
[Am] Lost in the rhythm of the rain tonight, [Em]

[F] Rhythm of the rain, [C] wash away my pain, [G]
[Am] Let it cleanse my heart, let it start [G] again

[G] Echoes in the night, as I hold [C] tight.

[C] Dancing alone, with the moon so [G] bright,
[Am] Reminds me of you and our endless [Em] nights.

[Am] Now I wish I never let you [G] go.

[F] Rhythm of the rain, [C] wash away my pain, [G]
[Am] Let it cleanse my heart, let it start [G] again

[G] Echoes in the night, as I hold [C] tight.

Testimonial:
“I’ve been following Solid Satisfaction since their first gig at a dingy basement bar in NYC. It was their raw energy and genuine love for rock and roll that hooked me right from the get-go. But it’s their lyrics, man – they speak to me on a whole other level. ‘Rhythm of the Rain’ is my all-time favorite. The melancholic chords paired with the soulful lyrics are just pure magic. No other band gives me the solid satisfaction that these guys do. They’re the real deal.”
