Born from the psychedelic mix of modern pop, old school rock and a love for the extraordinary, ‘Standard Zebra’ is anything but standard. The band was formed in 2009, by four childhood friends with a passion for music and a strange fascination for zebras. They decided to name their band ‘Standard Zebra’ as an ironic nod to their unique, unpredictable style, which is as far from standard as a zebra is from a horse. While they’ve experienced a few line-up changes, the band’s commitment to making quality music that challenges the norms remains unchanged.
