Backstory:
Steep Spirit is an indie rock band that was formed in 2012 in the vibrant, bustling city of Portland, Oregon. The members of the band – lead vocalist and guitarist Derek Wills, drummer Miles Parker, and bassist Ava Franklin – were all college friends who shared a passion for music. After finishing college, they decided to turn their passion into a career and began playing small gigs around the city. Their unique sound soon caught the attention of local music enthusiasts, and they quickly started gaining popularity.

One night, while playing a show at a local pub, they were discovered by a music producer who happened to be in the audience. Impressed by their talent, the producer offered them a deal, which they gladly accepted. Since then, Steep Spirit has released two critically acclaimed albums and they continue to make waves in the indie rock scene.
