Backstory:
Straight Delay was formed in the heartland of America, Topeka, Kansas in 2010 amid a group of high school friends with a shared passion for music. The band’s core members, lead vocalist, and keyboardist Adam Jenkins, guitarist Jake Thompson, bassist Lucas O’Brien, and drummer Mark Miller, spent countless hours in Adam’s garage, honing their sound and crafting songs that reflected their experiences and views. Their journey from a small-town garage band to a national sensation was not without struggles, but the bond they formed through their shared passion for music and their unwavering determination helped them overcome each obstacle. After years of relentless touring and recording, their hard work finally paid off when their debut album hit the Billboard charts in 2015.
