Backstory:
Strange Faith was the brainchild of lead singer and songwriter, Liam Gallagher, who formed the band in his hometown of Manchester, England. Gallagher was working in a record shop when he met guitarist, Nic Smith, and the two connected over a shared love of psychedelic rock and the Manchester music scene. They later recruited bassist, Jamie Bennett, and drummer, Alex Ford, who sealed the band’s iconic sound. The name, Strange Faith, was inspired by the group’s shared belief in the power of music as a spiritual force, setting them apart in a world of often superficial pop culture.
