Backstory:
Subdued Shop was born in 2012 in the heart of Boston when college roommates, Jackson and Lucas, found common ground in their love for alternative music and philosophy. They started off by doing small gigs at local bars and coffee shops, drawing inspiration from their college experiences, the city’s vibrant culture, and the world around them. A couple of years later, they were joined by Serena, a talented drummer they met at a local open mic night, and Zack, a bassist friend from high school. This was the point when Subdued Shop truly came into their own, developing a unique sound that captivated the local audience and soon gained recognition on a national level.
