Backstory:

Formed in 2011 in the rustic town of Millford, Oregon, Tangible Tale is the brainchild of childhood friends, lead vocalist and guitarist Calvin Miller and drummer Lucas Rhodes. Their shared love for music was discovered during high school, where they would often find solace in strumming their guitars after school hours. After graduating, they decided to form their own band, with Calvin’s older brother Max joining in as the bassist and Lucas’s college buddy Sam taking over the keys. They named the band ‘Tangible Tale’, signifying their urge to tell relatable, tangible stories through their music.

“Tangible Tale” began by performing at local pubs and festivals, steadily gaining popularity for their soulful lyrics and energetic performances. Their breakthrough came in 2013, when their demo was noticed by a talent scout while playing at a local music festival. Their music resonated with their audience, and they were quickly signed to an indie record label. Over the years, they’ve released three albums, each chronicling a different facet of their journey.
